What is Dig 4 Destruction?

Dig 4 Destruction is a VR multiplayer shooter set in a cartoon world of animals, guns, bombs and terrain your weapons can chew through. The parts all come together well. The in-game avatars give a great representation of player movement and positioning. Weapons are located within the destructible terrain, so this is no mere gimmick, but rather an essential part of the game. Not only this, but you can even blast through terrain to take out your opponents in unsuspecting ambushes.

What do the players say?

This game was initially very well received, with almost universally positive reviews. However, as it was released all the way back in 2016 there are a couple of things to bear in mind. The first is that you probably won’t see any more updates. The second is that the player base is quite small. This is supposed to be multiplayer, so unless you have arranged to play this game with friends, you might find yourself waiting a very long for matchmaking to set up a game. That said, it’s well worth the purchase if you can organise play yourself.
