Diagnose is a novel medical app designed for physicians and trainees in order to improve patient care and medical education at the bedside. It is intended for use by internal medicine physicians and trainees. The app allows physicians to incorporate validated findings from the history, physical examination, and investigations to calculate an evidence-based likelihood of disease.

The app provides you with an evidence-based pre-test probability, a validated likelihood ratio, and a calculated post-test probability based on your findings for over 45 of the most commonly seen conditions in internal medicine. Users are able to view their patient's results in real-time and also calculate their own likelihood ratio and post-test probability for the conditions they are examining.
