Delta Force 1 is a premium action game for PC developed by NovaLogic. It is a re-release of the very first Delta Force tactical shooter from the classic series of the same name. It lets modern gamers experience what the original was like playing.

Re-release of a classic shooter

When Delta Force 1 came out in 1998, it boasted some impressive game design with immersive, realistic environments that feel alive. You can hear the sound of incoming enemies to help you deal with different situations. Another impressive feat is the ability to switch between first and third-person perspectives during gameplay.

You got 40 missions across multiple locations with unique terrain and layouts to be wary of. It also offers a wide selection of gear to configure your loadout with one primary and secondary weapon and extra equipment. Note that everything is in native 320x240 resolution, and multiplayer mode is missing.

Faithful re-launch

Whether you're new or a returning player, Delta Force 1 is a faithful re-release of the original that you can now experience for yourself today. However, some things that could have been tweaked for modern gameplay would be the abysmally low resolution and the lack of multiplayer. Still it’s worth checking out.
