Gameplay and Main Features

Cry of Fear involves the story of a young man who is trapped within a mysteriously deserted town. He is unsure what is real and what is an illusion. As he progresses further, even more mysteries rise to the surface. Many of the scenes have been created to exhibit a film-like appearance and this only serves to enhance the sense of horror that awaits. Those who have played Half Life will be interested to learn that this game was originally designed as a separate mod.

While a one-player mode is available, up to four players can also access a single game. There are numerous possible endings depend upon one's strategic choices. More than 20 items can be unlocked and there are 24 weapons to choose from. Players have the option to experience 12 unique campaigns and each of these is associated with its own set of challenges.
