CRMv2 - Perangkat Daerah Pempr is the official mobile application of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. It is used by the various departments and agencies at the provincial level, as well as at the sub-district and district levels, to coordinate and resolve citizen reports more easily and efficiently.

The CRM application serves as a platform for handling and following up on citizen complaints, integrating with the official complaint channels provided by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. Its goal is to improve the quality of information, policies, and public services by providing a fast, easy, accurate, and transparent system. It also aims to synchronize procedures, systems, facilities, and authorities of the relevant departments and agencies in responding to citizen complaints, while facilitating coordination between them.

Each action taken on the CRM platform is evaluated and can be seen in the ranking menu, which is available in both the CRM Mobile app and the CRM Website dashboard.
