You might be expecting something so scary-looking—with demons, skulls, ghosts, and other monstrous supernatural beings that could make you scream your lungs out. Countdown App does not have any of those things but even with its simple and minimalist design, there is something freaky about how it looks like it is void of life itself. When you open the app, you will be greeted by a plain white icon that looks like a ram’s head in the middle of a pitch-black background. It also kind of looks like the demon Baphomet’s head! There is nothing else to see until the app loads and the ram’s head is replaced by your timer, showing the years, months, days, hours, minutes, and seconds you have left to live. To add to its creepiness, Countdown App seems intent on reminding you about the countdown that is happening as it sends notifications and makes your device vibrate from time to time. It seems that there really is no escaping death.

Do not panic! 

Before you go on a frenzy about your timer, keep in mind that Countdown App is not really capable of predicting your death. The app is meant for entertainment—just a little something to spice up your lifestyle once in a while. It may not really tell you about your remaining last days, but at the very least, it can serve as a reminder for you to make the most of your life! Do not be afraid to use this app and have fun with it. You can even compare your timer with other people and see who goes first and who goes last.
