COSE Platform, developed by the Professional Skills Online Learning Project Center, caters to vocational school students, job seekers, working professionals, and individuals aspiring to enhance their professional skills. It offers standardized online learning services and grants a "Professional Skills Online Learning Certificate" to those who pass the courses.

The platform covers six major industries including education training, finance and accounting, arts and media, image design, service industry, and special education. It focuses on positions in early childhood education such as kindergarten principals, preschool teachers, and caregivers. With 23 majors and 55 positions available, it aims to enhance vocational skills and expand career horizons.
