Contra: Operation Galuga is a revitalized entry in the legendary Contra series, a reimagining of the classic arcade run-'n'-gun action game from the 1980s. It features modernized graphics and sound. Players take on the role of Bill Rizer and Lance Bean, who fight terrorist group Red Falcon in the Galuga Islands in New Zealand.

Contra: Operation Galuga is designed with eight new levels, each offering diverse environments and challenges. You’ll encounter various new enemies and engage in epic boss battles. It has an expanded weapons system, including new and fan-favorite weapons. It has stackable upgrades and powerful Overload abilities as well.

It also offers co-op combat, supporting two players in Story Mode and up to four players in Arcade Mode. It has multiple difficulty settings and various challenge options. However, the fast-paced, action-packed nature of the game can be overwhelming for new players.
