The app syncs with a CONTOUR™ connected meter for seamless blood glucose monitoring.

It allows users to:

• View their blood glucose results in a simple and easy-to-review way that’s personalized to them.
• Track and record their daily activities, including the amount of carbohydrate, protein and fat in their meals and the duration they ate.
• Set personalized goals for their blood glucose results, including to record a blood glucose reading that is lower than, higher than or within a specific range.
• Receive daily, weekly and monthly reports of their blood glucose results and other diabetes-related metrics, including the percentage of time spent in a specific range of blood glucose values.
• Set up or adjust their diabetes treatment regimen, including the frequency and timing of their diabetes medication.
• Track their daily activities, including the amount of carbohydrate, protein and fat in their meals and the duration they ate.
• View their weekly or monthly activity streaks, to help them keep track of their progress.
• See their current and past blood glucose results, medication usage and more.
