The Connecte SUS application provides information and access to services from the Ministry of Health of Brazil. It is a tool that helps citizens monitor and control their health in the Unified Health System (SUS).

The application allows the user to view the records of his or her health history, including the information on the date of the first and second dose of the vaccine, the name of the vaccine, the batch, the health establishment, and the code of the vaccinator. The records are available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

It is also possible to access the hospital admission history, the medicines dispensed by the Popular Pharmacy, the nutritional and physical activity tips, and the check of the Body Mass Index (BMI).

The application has two sections. The first one contains the information on the new Coronavirus pandemic, and the second one contains the information on the SUS.
