Comprobantes SEPH is an Android application developed by Dir. Gral. de Tecnologías de la Información SEPH. It is a free app under the Education & Reference category. The program is exclusive to the Personal de la Secretaría de Educación Pública del Estado de Hidalgo, as it requires a user account with a unique password.

The app is designed to help users check their payment receipts with a digital signature every two weeks. It also allows users to send their receipts to their email from the app and download them for offline access after the first download. In case a user forgets their password and email, they can reset their account by calling the Dirección de Seguimiento, Control y Distribución de Nómina at 30.
