Red Alert: Armor Rush is a mod for Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3. It was created by an independent developer, AR Mysterious Research Group, to provide gamers with six new sub-factions, more realistic visual effects, and a more challenging artificial intelligence system in the real-time strategy game. With this mod, you can deliver more damage than the original game; it delivers the same great storyline but with more action and more flexibility than before. 

What is Red Alert: Armor Rush mod?

In the original Red Alert 3 game, it is a war between the three factions: the Western Allies, the Soviet Union, and Japan. The mod offers 2 sub-factions for each of them. The Allied sub-factions are Hawk-Eye and Nemesis. The former concentrates on air forces while the latter specializes in cryo and Chrono weapons. It’s different from the Japanese sub-factions which focuses on armies; one army consists of troops and vehicles while the other uses artificial intelligence. 

Between the two of these, the Kagerou troops target their enemy’s weak points. The Japanese kamikaze unit could even create a nuclear explosion. They can act independently, unlike the Tenkei troops. The AI army depends on the Tenkei Mother Ships—a massive flying fortress that provides nano core construction. It requires two technology trees, one depending on cannons and the other on aircraft. Each of them unlocks different units for construction. 

The Soviet sub-factions sources its power from the KGB and China. The local power is an old intelligence agency that uses toxins and Tesla weapons to build Tesla tanks. Resources from China hold strong firepower. They have a Scarlet Crescent’s Type 59 tank that can be modified for different purposes. Its other armored vehicles are vulnerable to airstrikes but can deal great damage in a short amount of time.

It is compatible with the third release of the Red Alert series, expanding on the different abilities and weapons that each faction has. With more manpower and resources, you are more capable of creating a winning strategy and claiming the victory for your faction.
