Circuit is a collaborative tool that allows all project members to see the project plan. Each team member downloads the app and communicates via the paid cloud system that Unify and Circuit offers. Each team member may see the project being worked on, they may see each member’s status in the project, and they may communicate with the entire team or just one team member at a time. Circuit appears to be a free service, especially since the website says the word “Free” under a green banner. However, the app itself is free, but the service is not. The tool allows your team to share documents, and record online chat conversations to help avoid confusion later down the line. Unlike other collaborative tools, it also has a video feed that is HD compatible, so team members may video chat with each other.
