The application is the result of an agreement between the Government of Brazil, through the National Public Health Institute (Ina), and the private company, Chamar. The goal of this project is to improve the service provided by the public health system for individuals with special needs. This is a public-private partnership, in which the Government of Brazil and the private company work together to achieve a common goal.

This application is an initiative from the private company, aimed at improving the service provided by the public health system for individuals with special needs. The application uses the registered information and the GPS data to indicate the SAMU's location.
