BrokenLore: UNFOLLOW is an action game that draws players into a psychological horror world exploring social media's dark impact on mental health. Following Anne, a young woman facing bullying and trauma, players navigate eerie landscapes filled with nightmarish creatures. The immersive atmosphere delivers a chilling blend of mystery and psychological depth.

Haunting puzzles and complex themes

In BrokenLore: UNFOLLOW, haunting creatures, and eerie environments represent Anne’s traumas. Armed with only her smartphone, Anne solves puzzles and evades monsters embodying her painful past. This mechanic uses phone functions to reveal clues and shape multiple endings, immersing players in the psychological impact of social media.

However, it might not resonate with players who prefer traditional horror games or straightforward narratives. Its heavy focus on themes like body dysmorphia and the psychological effects of bullying might be overwhelming for some, while others might find the slower, more introspective pace lacking the immediacy typical of the horror genre.

Psychological horror with social depth

BrokenLore: UNFOLLOW is an ideal choice for players who appreciate horror that digs beneath the surface, exploring social issues within a terrifying, immersive world. With its complex storytelling, eerie creatures, and layered puzzles, this game offers a compelling experience for those ready to confront the psychological horror of modern social life.
