The Bolt PDF Printer doesn't need to be open to work. You simply open up your word processor and select the “Print” option, and the Bolt PDF Printer app works as a printer driver. While your PDF printer menu is open, you must select the “Bolt PDF Printer” setting, and it will “Print” by way of creating a new PDF file. Contrary to how it appears, this is a PDF file creator and has nothing to do with printing paper copies of your documents.
