The app is free to use and is available exclusively to members who have received an invitation to join the program.

The app is designed to work with Apple Health for certain care programs, such as those that provide a step count task. BCBSM Coordinated Care is provided by Wellframe, an independent company supporting Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.
