Instead of traditional towers that come with various types of attacks, there are many units in this game, all of which have certain roles in the battles. There are many roles that your unit can fulfill, and the way the unit types interact with each other adds another layer of strategy to the already-complex game. There are also many characters that you can recruit via gacha headhunting and recruiting systems. Every unit that you summon can be upgraded in many ways to improve their stats.

Arknights will provide players actual PvE challenges with pretty cool concepts. It also offers a lot of outside-combat systems. It even comes with an auto-deploy function that conveniently allows you to free up your hands. However, the sanity—energy for missions—is a bit smaller. Moreover, it lacks a lot of details in the tutorials, which can result in some crushing mistakes.
