An open-world RPG war game

The premise of this mod is that it replaces the fictional in-game regions and cultures with those of the Middle East from around 2,000 BC. These cultures include Egypt, Sumeria, Nubia, Akkad, Syria, Ancient Anatolia, and Aegean.

While Ancestors is far from a historical recreation, it does provide a fun way to learn some of the histories of the Middle East. However, the mod's developer has stated that development may be slow, so new features should not be expected at a fast pace.
