Adrenaline is a mod for Blade and Sorcery. The whole idea behind it is that when you're facing a tough opponent, it might be a good idea to take a little bit of time to think of the best way to parry or counter the opponent.

And so this is what it does. It's a simple and quick way to get a bit of an advantage over your opponents.
