Founded in 2005, Nanyang Technological University's (NTU) School of Art, Design and Media (ADM) has evolved into a thriving hub of creativity in Singapore's higher education landscape. Nestled beneath its iconic grass rooftop, five thoughtfully designed floors feature state-of-the-art classrooms, auditoriums, studios, darkrooms, and digital labs, catering to the passionate, the inventive, and the curious.

ADM courses balance fundamental instruction in arts, media, and design techniques with stimulating dialogue around ideas and concepts. A multinational faculty of seasoned practitioners and researchers lead these interactions, fostering a rich environment for knowledge-sharing and mentorship.

Since celebrating our inaugural graduates in 2009, we have been quietly transforming the creative scene both locally and internationally. We took another significant stride in 2017 when we introduced the innovative Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. This program, the fruit of careful review and consultation, allows students to select a major in either Design Art or Media Art during their foundational year.

The subsequently offered Core classes not only provide an array of specialized pathways but also encourage students to transcend subject boundaries and seek cross-disciplinary expertise. This flagship program deliberately resonates with the melding boundaries in Media and Design industries and aligns with employer expectations for versatile, multidisciplinary candidates.
