The app provides over 400 psychometric questions with detailed explanations covering all the topics of the ADF cognitive exams. Apart from this, the app has a fitness preparation and tracker that helps candidates to learn and track their progress for military-style push-ups, sit-ups, and shuttle run (beep test) to pass the Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA) test.

The app is suitable for candidates from all branches of the Australian Defence Force, including the Australian Army, Royal Navy, and the Air Force (RAAF).
