Each week, we will teach you a new concept in food science. We are your personal cooking instructor and will help you navigate the kitchen. We will guide you through a step-by-step recipe that will have you cooking in no time. And once you have cooked your dish, you will learn why you should have done things a certain way. We will then pair you with a meal so you can make your own recipes with your own ingredients. This way, you can try out your cooking skills.

We have also designed a Zest Community where you can exchange ideas, questions, comments, etc. The Zest Community is a social community that allows you to connect with like-minded people.
