What is Yuva Nischay?

Yuva Nischay is one of the seven commitments made by the Bihar state government to the people of Bihar. It aims to provide financial aid to students who are unable to pay their fees. The main objective of this program is to make the youth of Bihar self-sufficient.

What is the difference between Yuva Nischay and other similar programs?
