YouTube Live Comment 読み上げ is a Chrome extension that converts real-time comments from YouTube live streams into speech. The extension uses the voice of VOICEVOX's "Zundamon" for the reading. It offers features such as acquiring YouTube live comments, converting comments into speech using the VOICEVOX API, playing the converted speech in real-time on the YouTube tab, and managing user settings for reading speed, volume, and API keys.

Users can adjust the playback speed of speech from 0.1x to 2.0x in increments of 0.1 and customize the reading volume. To use the extension, users need to obtain API keys for YouTube Data API v3 and the WEB version of the VOICEVOX API (Fast). Please note that the extension functions only during live streams and not on archived videos.
