飲食店HACCP ベーシック is an app designed for individual and small-scale eateries to implement hygiene management based on the principles of HACCP. It offers the convenience of modifying management plans, keeping records during short breaks or after closing, and is tailored for easy use. This app is completely free and fully compliant with the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, as well as the Japan Food Hygiene Association.

The app features the development of management plans covering seven general hygiene areas and five key management areas, implementation by sharing plans and policies with staff, involving all staff members as hygiene management team, and verification and recording of results using 'positive' or 'negative' inputs, monitoring refrigerator and freezer temperatures, and employee health status.
