Yaram is a famous Urdu novel written by Sumaira Hameed. It has been serialized in the Urdu newspaper Jang, published by Pakistan News Agency. It has also been translated into English and other languages. This is the second novel that Hameed has written, the first being Yaran. It is a collection of short stories, including those written in the 1950s and 1960s. It has been read in more than fifty countries, and has been translated into more than twenty languages.
