XL Cinema is a free mobile application available on Android 13.0 that offers an audio content delivery platform. The app allows users to listen to the alternate audio track of a movie in the language of their choice through their headphones connected to their smartphone. Additionally, the app provides an audio description of the movie's content for visually impaired individuals, which can also be listened to privately using their smartphone synchronized to the video playing in the theatre or at home. XL Cinema replaces assistive listening devices and eliminates the need for subtitles when watching foreign language movies.

The app synchronizes the audio description or alternate audio track with the help of listening to ambient audio in the theatre, or at home, within a few seconds. The audio is perfectly synchronized with the video and is in real-time, so there is no delay. Users can control the volume and pause in between, and when they resume, it will still be in sync with the video of the theatre.
