It aims to improve the quality of reviewing public appeals in our country and establish a completely new system based on open communication with the people to promptly resolve systematic issues in regions.

Moreover, one of the main tasks of this mobile application is to ensure the implementation of legal documents by state bodies in resolving issues raised by individuals and legal entities, as well as to address public issues at the local level.
