Chess is a strategy board game played on a board with 64 squares arranged in an eight-row, eight-column grid. Each player starts with 16 pieces: one king, one queen, two rooks, two knights, two bishops, and eight pawns.

The objective is to checkmate the opponent's king by moving all of your pieces to the opponent's side. To achieve this, you must move your pieces diagonally to the opponent's side, while the opponent must do the same to your pieces. The player who checksmate wins the game, and if you are the one who checksmate, you win. If you are not the winner, the game continues until the winner is declared.

In this game, each player has 16 pieces, so there are 64 possible moves for each player.
