Workshop Plus is a mod that gives tools you need to create amazing settlements in Fallout 4. In its most basic form, you can create and build in the same way you've been doing in the game for years, but it can be turned into a full-blown creative tool with the freedom of movement and all the other goodies that make the game so great.
