How does Workruit work?

We have two parts to the algorithm:

You can add as many profile attributes as you wish. The algorithm uses your profile to find the most relevant candidates.

2) The Recruiter Profile

The candidate will have to upload a resume or CV. The algorithm will find the best match for the recruiter based on their profiles.
