WordHerd is an adventure game developed by Nellyvision, available for Nintendo Switch. The game is designed to help players relax and enjoy chilled gameplay while they work their way from simple to unusual and abstruse words. The game is centered around Mia, who is trying to call lost animals home before nightfall by finding words that twist and turn across the board.

With over 170,000 words and 90,000 definitions, players can learn modern, esoteric, and comic meanings as they try to beat their longest, rarest, and highest scoring words. The game has three different game types, each with 90 levels of word detective animal rescue. Mia will provide assistance to players with words, parts of words, or the length of words she can see. However, if she's out of words, players are on their own.

WordHerd is an offline single-player game that can be controlled via the PS Vita. Offline play is enabled, but online features require an account and are subject to terms of service and applicable privacy policy. The software is subject to license and requires a one-time license fee for play on the account's designated primary PS4 system and other PS4 systems when signed in with that account.
