Wizarding World is a free social application for fans of the Harry Potter franchise. Created by Wizarding World Digital—the brains behind Pottermore—along with Warner Bros., this app comes packed with fresh features, quizzes, and other content that Potterheads will love to access. There will also be news, polls, and announcements delivered straight to the users to keep them updated on anything about the wizarding world. 

Your passport to the Wizarding World

Upon installation, the Wizarding World app will ask you to create your Wizarding Passport. If you already have a Pottermore account, you can use that as your passport. You can take your Hogwarts House, wand, and Patronus on your profile. Your house will be important when you take polls and quizzes as your points will be added to the leaderboard for your House. With this, you can contribute to your House’s bid for the House Cup.

The Wizarding World will let you discover—and even rediscover—your Hogwarts House in the re-imagined Sorting Ceremony. Unlike the website where you answer questions to know your House, you can get to experience the Sorting Ceremony and virtually wear the Sorting Hat. You can also take a picture of you wearing the hat for memorabilia. Aside from quizzes and other content, the Wizarding World app lets you join the official Harry Potter Fan Club and get access to magical interactive features. 

To make it more fun for you, the Wizarding World app has hidden secret codes and enchanted keys all over the app for you to discover. You can use these codes and keys to unlock magical mischiefs and unexpected wonders. Once you get a code or a key, you can heads to the Discover section of the app, tap the key symbol to enter the code and uncover the secrets. 

For the Potterheads

The Wizarding World app is the official companion app for Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts. This means that whatever information you get from the app comes straight from its creator. The app is chock full of fun information and articles to fill your Potterhead needs. However, not all Potterheads can experience the wonders of the app. The use of the app is limited to a few countries only. On top of that, you need to meet the required specs to access interactive features, such as the Sorting Ceremony. Moreover, while it is a free app, there are some features that are only accessible once you pay the subscription fee.
