In the past few years, the demand for electricity has grown exponentially in Wisconsin. To meet that demand, the Wisconsin Public Service (WPS) has been building more power stations. Unfortunately, a big problem is created when these new power stations are built: the carbon dioxide emissions from their fuel cells.

The WPS offers you a solution to this problem. We have proposed a plan that would allow you to reduce your carbon dioxide emissions by 40% or more. To do this, we will build you a new power station that uses a fuel that does not create carbon dioxide emissions. We have proposed two locations for the new power station: One in Fond du Lac and the other in Meeker.

We are also building a brand new WPS headquarters in Madison. The new headquarters will be more efficient and will serve you better. We are also offering you a new way to pay your electricity bills.
