Wildlife for Cortex Command Community Project is a free mod for Windows that enhances gameplay by introducing a variety of new creatures and plants. This mod features four unique crab species, including the Steel Crab with its robust shell, the agile Jumper Crab, the aerial Balloon Crab, and the massive Big Crab, each with distinct characteristics that add diversity to the game. An additional Stilt Crab is included but remains unused due to technical issues.

In addition to the crabs, the mod introduces two new plants: the Spit Root, which defends itself by spitting acid, and the explosive Mace Fruit, capable of launching seeds like shrapnel. Together, these additions create a more dynamic environment, encouraging players to explore and adapt their strategies within the game.
