If you are on your web browser, you can easily check out the page. You can select a difference, then click the '[d]' button, and you will see the new and old versions of the page. This is where you can see the content of the difference. Clicking the '[d]' button will automatically take you to the last difference for the page. You can click on the page name to open the page itself.
