The app helps departments to know immediately who is responding to a call, whether they are going to the hall or the scene, and their ETA at a glance. It saves precious time in responding by eliminating the guessing of what personnel will arrive and helps departments to be better prepared.

The app works by pressing the “Who’s Responding” button on your phone once your pager has initiated the call. This automatically populates a screen within your department showing who is on their way. The app also has a feature that allows a text to be sent and populate the screen within the department sending valuable information to those getting ready to respond. In addition, it shows who is away so that a secondary call can be initiated earlier if the department may be short personnel.
