When in Rome (Premium) is a strategy game from the team that brought you the Roads of Rome series. The game puts the player in control of Flavius, a retired Roman soldier who must build new settlements on the outskirts of Rome. Take control of your towns and farms, and help them to prosper until they are worthy of Rome. AS the game progresses, the Emperor will offer you more tasks and missions.
