Wheelie Challenge is a free-to-play side-scrolling simulator by developer Tomico. Accompanied by their trusty motorcycle, the player cruises across different tracks in the fastest time possible without losing their balance while performing a wheelie until they reach the end of the course.

In Wheelie Challenge, you can play as a male or female driver and customize their appearance and motorcycle. Use the RGB sliders to help achieve your desired color. You can add another passenger, enable or disable Remove Obstacles or Speedometer, and select from 82 different two-wheeled vehicles.

Drive forever if you like

Wheelie Challenge has an early 2010 vibe to its graphics. It features ragdoll physics set in a flat, colored landscape. The art style is understandably low quality, since it is also intended to run on older smartphones. The soundtrack, however, is very repetitive due to its limited music library. Drive a motorcycle, a bicycle, or any two-wheeled vehicle; it’s up to you.

What can you do further with this driving game? Aside from driving alone or with a companion, there’s nothing much to offer. There’s no plot or variety in objectives. The game proudly wears it on its sleeves, as people usually play this to kill time while waiting for something. If you want a game that has more content, this isn’t for you.

Another feature is that it lets you drive during the day or night. While it encourages wheelies, make sure not to lose your balance and fall off your bike, as you respawn at the starting point. Unfortunately, due to the repetitive gameplay, the title loses its luster after extended play. Still, for some people who simply want to play anything while waiting, this is a nice game to pick.

With gameplay that centers not just on executing wheelies and maintaining speed and balance, Wheelie Challenge keeps you on the edge of your seat as you cruise to the finish line, constantly pushing your timing and precision. However, this game is not recommended for players who dislike repetitive gameplay, as its core loop relies heavily on mastering the same skills.
