Well Repeat NHS Prescriptions is an online repeat prescription app that makes getting your NHS prescription a breeze. The app allows you to place an order, which is then approved by your GP. Our pharmacy teams dispense, check and send your prescription in discreet packaging, which we can deliver directly to your doorstep via Royal Mail at no cost to you or the NHS. Additionally, you can use the Click and Collect option to pick up your prescription for free from a Well pharmacy at a time that suits you.

We accept all forms of exemption and if you pay for your prescription, you’ll pay the current standard NHS prescription cost. If you have any questions about your online repeat prescription, you can speak to one of our pharmacists via our chat service, which is available on our mobile and web app from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm, Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm, and Sunday 9am to 6pm.
