Throughout the 6-week program, users will learn various behavioral and cognitive skills to cope with pain and increase their activity levels. The program includes traveling through different destinations, each teaching specific skills to manage pain. Users can track their symptoms, monitor progress, and complete assignments to practice new skills, moving on to the next destination after a few days.
