Webbed is a premium adventure game for PC by developer Sbug Games. In this 2D platformer, players will take on the role of a cute spider living in the forest and set out on a journey to save her boyfriend that was captured by a mean old bird.

Compared to other titles that are more fast-paced and action-oriented, such as Hollow Knight or Ori and the Will of the Wisp, Webbed takes on a more casual approach to its gameplay. Players will utilize its fun web-swinging mechanic as they encounter various animals, both friendly and dangerous.

Going against the established notion, Webbed is a charming spider adventure that just might make you smile instead.

In this game, you play as a cute and cuddly (who knew) arachnid living in the forest with your equally charming mate. One day, while merrily dancing away, a scary bowerbird swoops down and kidnaps your precious mister. You have to save him before it's too late., but you alone can't pull it off. So you recruit the help of other insects and bugs for a grand rescue effort.

Get around with your web swing, which is intuitive, flowing, and oh so satisfying. Solve platforming puzzles, take on odd jobs for your forest friends to gain their favor, or dance for, well, the sake of it. For all its charm and appeal, the experience is rather abrupt, taking you around four hours to finish. Some might find this too quick, while others will think it's appropriately short and sweet.

Webbed is a fun and charming time from start to finish. It flips the notion that spiders can't be friendly and adorable with its cute and wholesome presentation. The gameplay is simple, yet satisfying with its surprisingly polished web-swinging mechanic. Of course, don't forget about all the dancing you'll do, which is the perfect icing on the cake of a feel-good experience. A must-play.
