Weather Randomizer for Foundation is a utility designed for Windows that enhances gameplay by introducing a dynamic weather system. This mod allows the weather to change randomly on a weekly basis, providing a more immersive experience compared to daily changes, which can feel too rapid at higher game speeds. Users can customize the probabilities of different weather types through a configuration file, making it easier to tailor the game environment to their preferences.

The mod offers flexibility with weather settings, allowing modifications in the SCRIPTS/WEATHERPROBABILITY.LUA file. Users must ensure that the total probability for all weather types sums to 100% for the mod to function correctly. It is important to note that simply downloading the mod does not enable it automatically in the game; users must follow specific steps to activate it for effective use.
