In CDPR changed the weather system. In this patch, they have done away with the probabilities and durations. Instead, there is a transition map that determines the weather you'll be in at any point in the future. There is now less variation in possible paths.

The old probabilities and durations are still present, but there are no cycles. This means that, in the future, you're going to see Sunny more often. It also means that CDPR is not going to keep making the same weather for the same amount of time. It's still possible to get the same amount of time in the different seasons, but now there is more variation in what you'll see.

The old probabilities and durations are still present in the Badlands. If you don't change the weather in the Badlands, then it is going to be Sunny all the time. There is going to be less variation in the time it takes for the weather to change. This is because there is now less time for the weather to change from one cycle to the next.
