Based around teamwork and description, We Were Here Too is an interesting take on the puzzle game genre. Two players, either in a created party or with another random player, separately enter a dark castle. Armed only with walkie-talkies, they must progress through a series of rooms by describing puzzles and traps to help each other find a solution. The puzzles on offer have a satisfying variance in difficulty without becoming too frustrating. We Were Here Too features little in the way of actual plot, but manages to create an ominous atmosphere. Hidden voices whisper and taunt while the crackle of radio interference distorts your friend's voice. The game features a relaxed play-time of five or so hours, which is acceptable for the price. While extra playthroughs are technically possible due to some RNG elements and switching roles, the puzzles are far easier after the first completion.

We Were Here Too is a little gem of a puzzle game. Spending an evening playing through with a friend rewards a complete and satisfying experience.
