WCS2026, developed by Jublia, is the official mobile companion for the World Cities Summit 2026, supporting delegates' event participation. It centralizes schedule management, real-time announcements, AI-driven matchmaking, venue navigation and in-app communication to help attendees find sessions, exhibitors, and professional contacts during the summit. Key elements include a personalized agenda, interactive floor plan, exhibitor directory, Jublia Sense matchmaking, synchronized web-mobile data, and push notifications. The app targets delegates, government and industry leaders, helping them coordinate meetings and navigate conference logistics efficiently.

It consolidates event logistics into a single, delegations-focused hub

WCS2026 functions as the summit’s mobile anchor for daily planning and alerts. The personalized agenda lets delegates browse the full program, bookmark sessions, and assemble a custom schedule, while real-time notifications deliver session reminders and schedule changes to devices. This concentrates session discovery and timing control in one place, reducing the need to consult separate websites or paper programs during the event.

It narrows networking to professionally relevant matches for attendees

The app integrates Jublia Sense, an AI-driven matchmaking engine, to recommend relevant business contacts based on profile inputs. An exhibitor directory and in-app messaging support outreach and meeting arrangements, so delegates can identify contacts and communicate within the same environment. These elements focus networking on conference-appropriate connections instead of generic social discovery, which suits professionals seeking targeted introductions at a niche urban development forum.

Access and offline behavior match an event-driven workflow

Registered delegates log in with the email used at registration and a PIN or password provided by organizers, tying access to event registration. Some content such as the agenda and floor plan may cache for offline viewing, but real-time updates, matchmaking, and messaging require an active connection. The app targets modern Android devices, so deployment fits standard conference-issued device policies and attendee smartphones.

It is built for conference-scale delivery with cross-platform sync

Schedules and contacts synchronize between web and mobile versions, aligning on-the-ground activity with the broader event platform. Jublia’s background, and the use of its Sense platform at major international conferences, indicates the app is designed to operate across large gatherings and exhibition floors. The interactive floor plan and exhibitor profiles support navigation and quick vendor research in a live venue setting tailored to the summit’s urban-planning focus.

WCS2026 is a purpose-built summit tool best for registered delegates

The app suits delegates and officials who need a compact, event-specific companion for coordinating day-to-day conference work and targeted introductions. Its design favors summit workflows over open-ended professional networking, making it appropriate for attendees who accept registration-based access and rely on connected, event-branded tools rather than continuous, external relationship management.
