The Wayward Strand app is a narrative game, based in the 70s, set in the midst of a hospital in Australia.

A board floats across the screen, and you play as a girl named Casey, who is visiting the hospital for the first time. You will spend three days on the ship, and on each day, you can explore the rooms of the different inhabitants and get to know them.

A unique gameplay mechanic will allow you to talk to the inhabitants, and interact with them. You can talk to them as though they are real people, and get their opinion on various things. You can also listen to them, and they will talk to you in their own language.
