忘卻前夜 Morimens is a multiplayer role-playing game set in a world inspired by Mystery Solitaire. Cthulhu Mythos 2, which allows you to craft a versatile and intricate deck that suits your playstyle. In this game, players can choose to embark on a climb up perilous towers or engage in tactical battles. Developed by B.I.A.V. Studio, it’s available on PC and mobile devices. 

忘卻前夜 Morimens functions similarly to games like Slay the Spire, Balatro, HELLCARD, and Knock on the Coffin Lid — wherein it gives you a tactical roguelike experience and lets you fight hordes of evils.  

Inspired by the Cthulhu Mythos game 

忘卻前夜 Morimens’s plot starts with a catastrophe called “Meltdown,” that slowly erases everything that humanity once held dear—life, reason, and memory. People are not aware of this crisis and don’t know anything about it. Faced with this secret, Mythag University is determined to awaken the power that has the same origin as the disaster and connect humanoid weapons to resist this. 

In this roguelike game, players assume the role of a Keeper, whose awakening powers are deeply connected to a looming, catastrophic existence. The game is set across four fundamental realms, serving as its backdrop, and is enhanced by an ever-growing library of over 185 cards, with new additions regularly. This vast collection allows a diverse range of playstyles, providing both breadth and depth in strategic options. 

Each round also presents a uniquely shifting battlefield with fresh surprises and challenges, such as map events, loot drops, and card buffs. Additionally, it has character progression outside of battles, deck-building strategies, and in-game death resistance mechanics. You can engage too in solo tower-climbing challenges that push your strategic thinking to the limit. However, this game can only be played on a 64-bit processor and doesn’t support 32-bit systems.
