Wakebox is a remote power-on tool that allows you to remotely turn on your Xbox One to stream to your PC from anywhere.

You need to know your public IP address and the Xbox One's console/live ID in order to use this app. Additionally, this app requires some home network configuration changes (port forwarding) in order to work.

The public IP address can be found simply by doing a Google search on your home network for "what is my IP".

You can find the console ID on the Xbox One under Settings -> All Settings -> System -> Console Info & Updates -> Console ID
